English digital PDF kit: a reading guide plus printable and fillable workbooks. All three files are included. No physical item is included.

A direction can matter before it has a polished plan. Choose what you want to make room for, distinguish your action from the result you hope for and give the first attempt an observable endpoint. Fit it around real dependencies and an available opening. Use the first evidence to choose a next stage, including a smaller version, a new occasion or a pause.

What you will practice

  • Choose one direction. Explain what matters and what lies within your influence.
  • Make the next action visible. Name an observable output and the support it needs.
  • Learn from the first attempt. Use what happened to decide the next stage.

What you can prepare

A chosen direction, a feasible attempt and a next-stage decision.

Fictional worked examples show the choices, outcomes and limits behind the methods. Use the prompts for your own situation without copying an example as a required answer.

Your three PDF files

  • English reading guide: 26 pages.
  • Printable workbook: 23 pages for writing by hand.
  • Fillable workbook: 23 pages with 56 fillable fields for typing.

The printable and fillable workbooks are two ways to use the same exercises. Both formats are included; choose the one that fits the occasion.

All pages are US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches).

Choose how to use it

For handwriting, print the pages you need on US Letter paper. For typing, use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms. Before writing a longer entry, type a short test, save a copy, close it and reopen it to check that your entries remain. PDF reader behavior varies.

Choose your first action. Return to the relevant pages when you have a real situation to try or review.

Questions before you begin

Is this about reaching a goal in seven days?

No. The seven-day first-pass order is optional and can be spread across more calendar days. It organizes a cycle of choosing, trying, noticing and deciding; it does not promise the larger result within a week.

What if I never start the planned action?

Locate the unresolved point. An unclear first move, missing resource and unavailable time need different changes. The guide helps you revise the condition without treating one unstarted occasion as a verdict on motivation.

How do I know what to do after an attempt?

Record what actually occurred and what became known only afterward. Choose whether to continue, resize, reschedule or pause, then write a specific next-stage note rather than automatically add a harder target.

What files are included?

Three English PDF files: a 26-page reading guide, a 23-page printable workbook and a 23-page fillable workbook with 56 fillable fields. All pages are US Letter. This is a digital product; no physical item is included.

Can I print the workbook or type into it?

The printable and fillable workbooks are two ways to use the same exercises. Both formats are included; choose the one that fits the occasion. For handwriting, print the pages you need on US Letter paper. For typing, use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms. Before writing a longer entry, type a short test, save a copy, close it and reopen it to check that your entries remain. PDF reader behavior varies.

Can I share the files or use them with clients?

The license is for one buyer's personal use. You may read, fill in and print your own copies; sharing product files, resale, paid courses and client services are not permitted. You may share your own written answers without reproducing the files or templates. The full license appears below.

Are the examples customer results, and what are the limits?

The worked examples are fictional teaching examples, not customer results. An observable action is evidence of an attempt, not a guarantee of the hoped-for outcome.
