English digital PDF kit: a reading guide plus printable and fillable workbooks. All three files are included. No physical item is included.

A monthly review can begin with ordinary events, maintenance and incomplete information. Choose the period and area you actually mean, gather a few reliable details and distinguish what happened from the explanation you added. Decide what to keep, change or pause for a stated reason. Carry one practical adjustment into the coming month without making every box or missing month a new obligation.

What you will practice

  • Gather a short record. Start with actual events rather than a verdict on the month.
  • Look for what matters. Compare expectations, constraints and useful counterexamples.
  • Choose a realistic adjustment. Change one thing or make an informed choice to keep it.

What you can prepare

A concise month record and a decision grounded in what happened.

Fictional worked examples show the choices, outcomes and limits behind the methods. Use the prompts for your own situation without copying an example as a required answer.

Your three PDF files

  • English reading guide: 27 pages.
  • Printable workbook: 23 pages for writing by hand.
  • Fillable workbook: 23 pages with 56 fillable fields for typing.

The printable and fillable workbooks are two ways to use the same exercises. Both formats are included; choose the one that fits the occasion.

All pages are US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches).

Choose how to use it

For handwriting, print the pages you need on US Letter paper. For typing, use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms. Before writing a longer entry, type a short test, save a copy, close it and reopen it to check that your entries remain. PDF reader behavior varies.

Begin your month record. Return to the relevant pages when you have a real situation to try or review.

Questions before you begin

Do I need a complete daily journal?

No. Use a few reliable details and label uncertain memory or missing coverage. The conclusion should stay as modest as the record; an empty calendar does not prove that nothing happened.

Must I choose one keep, one change and one pause?

No. Keeping an adequate arrangement can be a complete result. Choose the decisions supported by your period and leave a category open when it does not help.

Can I compare two different months?

Put changes in available time, responsibilities and opportunity beside the figures. A larger total does not establish cause. You can gather one missing observation next month without creating permanent daily logging.

What files are included?

Three English PDF files: a 27-page reading guide, a 23-page printable workbook and a 23-page fillable workbook with 56 fillable fields. All pages are US Letter. This is a digital product; no physical item is included.

Can I print the workbook or type into it?

The printable and fillable workbooks are two ways to use the same exercises. Both formats are included; choose the one that fits the occasion. For handwriting, print the pages you need on US Letter paper. For typing, use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms. Before writing a longer entry, type a short test, save a copy, close it and reopen it to check that your entries remain. PDF reader behavior varies.

Can I share the files or use them with clients?

The license is for one buyer's personal use. You may read, fill in and print your own copies; sharing product files, resale, paid courses and client services are not permitted. You may share your own written answers without reproducing the files or templates. The full license appears below.

Are the examples customer results, and what are the limits?

The worked examples are fictional teaching examples, not customer results. The review supports a practical next choice, not a score for the value of a month.
