English digital PDF kit: a reading guide plus printable and fillable workbooks. All three files are included. No physical item is included.
You have sent the message, made the submission or taken the action, and the result is still outside your control. Build a waiting plan around the actual timeline, the information you have and what remains unknown. Choose a checking rhythm and a purposeful follow-up condition, then give an ordinary responsibility and chosen activity a place in today. The practice makes room for caring about the result while choosing what belongs in today.
What you will practice
- Name what you know. Separate the real timeline from unanswered questions.
- Choose when to check. Set a check point and a sensible follow-up condition.
- Make room for today. Choose one ordinary activity while the outcome stays open.
What you can prepare
A waiting plan with a timeline, checking arrangement and next review.
Fictional worked examples show the choices, outcomes and limits behind the methods. Use the prompts for your own situation without copying an example as a required answer.
Your three PDF files
- English reading guide: 28 pages.
- Printable workbook: 23 pages for writing by hand.
- Fillable workbook: 23 pages with 56 fillable fields for typing.
The printable and fillable workbooks are two ways to use the same exercises. Both formats are included; choose the one that fits the occasion.
All pages are US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches).
Choose how to use it
For handwriting, print the pages you need on US Letter paper. For typing, use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms. Before writing a longer entry, type a short test, save a copy, close it and reopen it to check that your entries remain. PDF reader behavior varies.
Build your waiting plan. Return to the relevant pages when you have a real situation to try or review.
Questions before you begin
Does letting go mean giving up on the outcome?
No. You can still care about the result. The practice separates caring from continuous checking and helps you decide what action, if any, belongs to you while the outcome remains open.
When is a follow-up useful?
Check whether contact is appropriate and what practical purpose it serves. A real deadline change or missing information may justify clarification; wanting reassurance alone does not establish a new duty for the recipient.
What if the reply is partial or unclear?
Record the new fact at its actual size. Receipt is not necessarily a decision, and an estimate is not automatically a firm promise. Keep the unanswered question and the next relevant check condition visible without pressing for a larger answer early.

Can I print the workbook or type into it?
The printable and fillable workbooks are two ways to use the same exercises. Both formats are included; choose the one that fits the occasion. Can I share the files or use them with clients?
The license is for one buyer's personal use. You may read, fill in and print your own copies; sharing product files, resale, paid courses and client services are not permitted. You may share your own written answers without reproducing the files or templates. The full license appears below.
Are the examples customer results, and what are the limits?
The worked examples are fictional teaching examples, not customer results. The plan preserves another person's freedom to answer and does not promise relief or a particular result.
