English digital PDF kit: a reading guide plus printable and fillable workbooks. All three files are included. No physical item is included.
An ending can carry meaning while unfinished responsibilities still need practical care. Separate fact, feeling and interpretation, identify the real handover and choose what lesson to keep. Prepare a private letter or optional flameless closing gesture without forcing an instant feeling of closure. Give one renewal action a dated record and build a boundary card that can be reviewed without reopening the whole role.
What you will practice
- Keep the handover factual. Name unfinished responsibilities, owners and actual receipts.
- Choose a private closing. Use an optional flameless gesture without forcing instant closure.
- Try one renewal action. Keep a dated record and make the next boundary or review explicit.
What you can prepare
A renewal and boundary card with a handover and dated renewal record.
Fictional worked examples show the choices, outcomes and limits behind the methods. Use the prompts for your own situation without copying an example as a required answer.
Your three PDF files
- English reading guide: 30 pages.
- Printable workbook: 23 pages for writing by hand.
- Fillable workbook: 23 pages with 56 fillable fields for typing.
The printable and fillable workbooks are two ways to use the same exercises. Both formats are included; choose the one that fits the occasion.
All pages are US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches).
Choose how to use it
For handwriting, print the pages you need on US Letter paper. For typing, use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms. Before writing a longer entry, type a short test, save a copy, close it and reopen it to check that your entries remain. PDF reader behavior varies.
Name what still needs handing over. Return to the relevant pages when you have a real situation to try or review.
Questions before you begin
Do I have to feel finished after the ritual?
No. A chosen closing action can stop while feelings remain mixed. Immediate emotional closure is not a condition for handling the next ordinary step.
Must I send the private letter?
No. The letter has an explicit purpose and audience, including staying unsent. A private reflection does not substitute for the factual message or accepted handover another person actually needs.
What will the renewal and boundary card contain?
The actual ending, remaining responsibility and owner, a chosen renewal step, dated evidence and a future review or boundary condition. A proposed handover remains proposed until its required acceptance exists.
What files are included?
Three English PDF files: a 30-page reading guide, a 23-page printable workbook and a 23-page fillable workbook with 56 fillable fields. All pages are US Letter. This is a digital product; no physical item is included.
Can I print the workbook or type into it?
The printable and fillable workbooks are two ways to use the same exercises. Both formats are included; choose the one that fits the occasion. For handwriting, print the pages you need on US Letter paper. For typing, use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms. Before writing a longer entry, type a short test, save a copy, close it and reopen it to check that your entries remain. PDF reader behavior varies.
Can I share the files or use them with clients?
The license is for one buyer's personal use. You may read, fill in and print your own copies; sharing product files, resale, paid courses and client services are not permitted. You may share your own written answers without reproducing the files or templates. The full license appears below.
Are the examples customer results, and what are the limits?
The worked examples are fictional teaching examples, not customer results. The practice can mark an ending; it does not erase duties or guarantee emotional closure.
